Full Job Description:
Anthem Advisors is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) entry level Client Service Associate/Financial Advisor Assistant. Experience in financial services not required but preferred. Our Coral Gables based investment advisory firm is a growing wealth management firm that is seeking a Client Service Associate to assist us in our mission of helping clients achieve their financial goals. This is your chance to play a key role in the future success of our fast-growing organization! The Client Service Associate plays a critical role in the back-office functioning of our firm. With responsibility for the day-to-day operational duties of the firm, the Operations Associate helps keep the office running smoothly and ensures that all client paperwork and processing is handled in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Main responsibilities:
- Processes new accounts
- Processes account transfers
- Processes new contributions and redemptions
- Processes beneficiary changes
- Creates client meeting update books and reviews
- Sends update meeting letters
- Handles miscellaneous operational activities
- Develops and maintains written systems of all activities
- Performs other duties as assigned

Position: Paraplanner
Full Job Description:
Anthem Advisors is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Paraplanner to assist financial advisors at a high level. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics, and legal and regulatory requirements. The key areas of responsibility include: financial planning, portfolio management, insurance, retirement plans management and client service.
Main responsibilities:
- Preparation of ongoing financial planning deliverables
- Assisting with the client’s onboarding process
- Analyzing client’s existing holdings and overall asset allocation for allocation and/or rebalancing of portfolios
- Execution of trades
- Running portfolio illustrations and hypotheticals
- Developing appropriate product deliverables
- Providing relevant and up-to-date economic and market information during portfolio management meetings
- Communicating and servicing high net worth clients
- Leveraging web-based contact management system to monitor client issues
- Developing and preparing illustrations
- Analyzing illustrations and contracts
- Tracking insurance underwriting progress
- Keeping up with industry trends and continuing education course(s)/seminar(s) as required
- Managing retirement plan systems (Customized Plans, SEPs, 401Ks, etc.)
- Act as a technical resource, provide training and support team members
- Other duties assigned by advisor
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have Series 65, or willing to obtain within 6 months
- Must have life/health/variable insurance licenses, or willing to obtain within 6 months
- Minimum of 1 year direct experience in financial services industry. 2-3 years preferred.

- Fluent in English and Spanish
Compensation:

- 1099 contract paid on project basis or W-2 hourly
- 15+ hours per week
